CareView Monitoring
Provides an additional layer of protection by continuously watching the cameras 24/7 and sending live notifications to treatment facilities and their care teams. These alerts ensure that any missed rounds or safety issues are addressed immediately, helping maintain a secure and compliant environment.
What Messages We Send
CareView Monitoring may send SMS notifications related to:
- Missed or incomplete monitoring rounds
- Safety-related alerts
- Incidents or events requiring staff review or follow-up
- System or monitoring issues impacting safety
- Account or security-related notifications
How You Opt In
SMS notifications are entirely optional. To receive text messages from CareView Monitoring, users must:
- Navigate to Notification Preferences within their CareView account settings and request that a CareView Monitoring administrator subscribe your number for SMS notifications
No SMS messages will be sent without completing this opt-in process.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any CareView Monitoring text message
- Disabling SMS notifications in your Notification Preferences within the CareView app
- Requesting that a CareView Monitoring administrator unsubscribe your number from SMS notifications
Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
